Privacy Policy for PeekCut

1. No Data Collection

PeekCut is designed to be a 100% offline, on-device application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, including your videos, audio, or metadata, to any external servers or third parties.

2. On-Device Processing

All AI analysis—including video processing, transcription, and highlight generation—is performed locally on your device using Apple's native frameworks. Your footage never leaves your phone. We have no access to your media library or the content you process.

3. Permissions

To function, PeekCut requires access to your Photo Library. This permission is used solely for:

• Importing the videos you choose to edit.
• Saving the highlight reels you create back to your device.

We do not use this permission for any other purpose.

4. In-App Purchases

PeekCut uses Apple's In-App Purchase system to process the one-time "PeekCut Pro" upgrade. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any financial data. All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Since we do not collect user data, we do not have a mechanism to notify you of these changes via email or in-app alerts.
